Yellow Team
this follows the story of "Yellow Team" during the Fall Of Reach. This is a Halo fanfic but it's a story I made none-the-less. I was short on time so it's shorter than I wanted it to be but...here it is. Yellow Team was lead by Jason. He knew that he wasn't the best of warriors as far as skills were concerned. But he was a warrior inside and that was enough for any Spartan. He didn't know this quality would eventually be his downfall. His small unit consisted of Vicky, a sharp shooter that could take the head off of a Flood Spore. Then there was Zwakim, an African boy from Earth who possessed god-like abilities with his dagger and his shotgun. The last member of his team was, (other than himself) Nemmy, a woman as fascinated by demolitions as she was by other women. At Cote D' Azur they conducted a recon mission at a certain museum the Covenant had taken an interest in. The Master Chief himself was on his way to the museum. He just needed to get a report from yellow team and then he would move his own team into position. As the team dropped down through a trapdoor in the ceiling Jason swept the area. It was all clear. They moved in standard formation, Vicky taking point with Nemmy as the rear guard. Jason and Zwakim followed Vicky loosely at her 3 and 9 o'clock positions. Suddenly, plasma streaked across the room and hit Vicky in the shoulder. She dropped her pistol and held her shoulder, grimacing in pain. Jason and Zwakim fired a few rounds at a Jackal in the corner of the room. Blasts from a fuel rod cannon echoed from a few rooms away. The COMM channel opened up. "James!!!James...please reply" Another Hunter entered their room and blasted a shot at them. Jacob was the only one to survive the attack. Nemmy had somehow managed to fire off a rocket at the Hunter and kill it. Two Jackals entered the room, Jacob stupidly got up and tried to take them on in hand-to-hand combat. He was met with two plasma bolts. He fell to the ground and died. So what do you guys think?
