worst city?
i vote for Vivec, its too big and organized for my taste. I like the idea though. Kudos to Bethesda for comin up with Vivec. They just made it TOO BIG.

Of course Vivic is organised, It plays host to the god OF morrowind. The worst city is Molag MArr. It is so useless you forgot to out it on your list.

IRT #2 then vote for one of the cities on there... IRT topic it's gotta be Sadrith Mora. Good ideas, not enough determination to make its potential come true.
