I heard something about flyable pelicans. How about that ??

Flying Pelicans were supposed to be in Halo 2 but the guys at Bungie were unable to get the A.I. to cooperate with them. So they decided to cut the Pelican out of the "playable vehicles" list and start working on how they could get it to work in Halo 3. So after all this time I would expect them to have gotten the A.I. to function correctly so I would say that the Pelican will get into the game as a playable vehicle.
