they are two different vehicles used for two different things. The wraith is used to bombard the enemy from across the map, saving you the risk of being jackeds, and yet it is not very accurate, so it will take longer to kill them. The scorpeon is an assault vehicle,and is used to directly attack a fortified position. it is prone to being captured, and so you can hopefully see the tradeoff.
