Davis looks at the station as it self destructs* "Wow bigger explosion than i though it would be." *covante bombs inside explode as well*

Hoisting his SMGs in the air, Mingot yelled a war cry. He wanted to shed the blood of an Elite. His wish was about to come true...

There was a thud on the roof of their dropship. Followed by another, and then another two thuds, each one faster than the previous, each one louder than the previous. Johnson noticed they all still had their oxygen helmets on. He didn't bother asking permission. He raised his gun towards the roof of the dropship and fired rapidly. Seconds later, two dead Elites had been sent flying into space, and two more were climbing into the dropship.

"Captian, cant this thing go any faster?!" Davis shot his gun killing another elite before they could get in. Davis then got to the cockpit and sat him self in copiolet. ooc:not sure if there is a copiolet

ooc: Yeah, Pelicans have co-pilots. And even if they didn't, it'd be okay to do that. ic: Johnson watched as Davis went to go help the Pelican go faster. "Try to do lots of sharp turns! It might shake them off the Pelican!" He shot three more as they jumped into the passenger area. "And hurry!"

ooc: well it seems cube has disappeared for a bit so Davis is taking over the pelican for a bit. hope no one minds that. ic: Davis did the sharp turns as Johnson said, but he also did a barrel role to see if that helped. The pelican creaked a little being put under the strain. "Someone plug up the holes in the hull. We won't be able to land on earth if we have them."

Mingot was barely able to stand after the barrel roll, but he knew what had to be done. He pressed a button and an array of spare parts for the Pelican fell onto the floor. Grabbing them, he jumped up and set them in their proper places. After a couple minutes of doing this, he finished. "All done!"

"good! Now lets fry the guys on us outside." Davis then headed the ship straight for earth at full speed. with in seconds the ship hit earth's atmosphere and the ship seemed to ignite. after about a minute Davis pulled the ship up to stop the ship from melting. "They dead? Or do they have heat shields built into there armor now?

"Highly doubt it" Johnson said to Davis, who piloted them towards New Mombasa, where the heat of the Covenant action was. But before they could land, they were being shot at by a bunch of Wraiths. A shot hit them in the wing, and the Pelican tumbled into a seemingly abandoned warehouse...

Davis piloted the pelican to the best of his ability. When they were about to crash into the ware house he put down the lading gear to soften the crash. When the peilican stopped moving, Davis got out of the copilot seat. "Well that could have gone better or worse. I'm going out to check the damage on this thing." With that Davis walked out.

Johnson checked to make sure everyone was okay, they were. Then he followed Davis outside, holding a battle rifle in hand. "This place looks abandoned, but I'll cover you, just in case."

"well we lost quite a bit of armor. The pelican can still fly it would just be shoot down rather quickly. It seem like we might need a new ship."

Johnson saw a shiny reflection from one of the catwalks in the warehouse. Looking around suspiciously, he whispered. "We got at least one Elite watching us. What do you think we should do, Private?"
