Halo 3 Rumors volume 1
Okay I got this from HaloPlanet forums. Kudos to Black Dragon who is a very reliable source in my opinion. Just found a halo 3 website with some rather interesting information about Halo 3(though some of it was confirmed already). http://www.halo3multiplayer.com/ Also included is a very detailed analysis of the Halo 3 trailer and debunking of the supposed UI pics. Also on here is the Halo 3 trailer in case anyone missed it (though I doubt anyone did). One last thing is that it even has a release date for Halo 3, though this is up to serious speculation as it contradicts the FAQ. In case you cbf, here are the facts listed: ------------------------------------------------------------- * The Assault Rifle in the Halo 3 Announcement Trailer is not the original. It's a different model, and it's modified. * The Area in the Halo 3 Announcement Trailer is the ruins of New Mombasa * The Covenant have had control of Earth since the events of Halo 2 * The "pop-scenes" in Halo 2 cinematics are gone. * The Landscapes in the distance are actually places you can go to. -------------------------------------------------------------- * Cortana actual lines that are pronounced are the following: "I have defied gods and demons." "I am your shield, I am your SWORD." "I know you, your past, your future." "This is the way the world ends." ------------------------------------------------------------ * The Rings sticking up in the background of the trailer is the wreckage of a fallen "tether." * Bungie started working on Halo 3 immediately after Halo 2 * Cortana is somehow different... * Cortana and Masterchief are "a galaxy apart" * The spartan in the trailer is John 117 So what do you guys think of all this?
