well, they could have just made these on Halo CE. You can make andthing if you have the right stuff on your computer.

now theres a thing that couldnt hapen that bungie never made the a pelican whose engines that moved in game expect by a little hevely guared source code unless these guys are from bungie and have access to that code or really good hackers its in the game

no, no no, I mean that they could have done anither trick to fly, and then they could have edited the phantom onto them. And, in HAlo Custom Edition (CE) you can make things. They could have gotten a good editor, and made that Phantom, and Levle, from scratch.
