no problem. stupid U.S. just had to do so frickin bad. But them getting beat by Czech Republic by 4 was topped by Ukraine losing by 5. :)

yeah. Ghana is a fast team. they are definitely my sleeper pick of '06. My hopes for the semifinals are as follows: Argentina-my friend was born there and ever since they've been my favorite team after watching a couple of their games Brazil-always been one of my favs Germany-rooting for the home team...how typical of me...no actually I like Germany's team and I'd like to see the home team go far...makes it more interesting USA-but we all know that will never happen.

those all are pretty good teams... wish you could meet my bro-in-law....watches soccer bout everyday of his life. I don't really watch it that much.

oh I ain't that hardcore. I used to like it more a couple years ago. but ever since I started middle school I've been really pressed for time on my recreation kind of stuff. and don't even say "just wait till you get to high school" bcuz my middle school has been proved as second hardest middle school in the state and is even tougher than some high schools...

I´ve never seen something like that before ! That´s just totaly not typical for us Germans to celebrate and to stand right behind their team(You normaly only see something like that when you look at the Southern American teams and their fans : I´ve been in Stuttgard to see the game POLAND:GERMANY in an Open Air Cinema and with me about 3000 other people. But I didn´t know anyone :D . And than that goal was scored by Oliver Neuville that little guy and everyone was hugging and shouting. That was just ..... I can´t discribe :roll: There was a woman standing next to me and she just hugged me ( well maybe she was drunk )It was almost like at the in your country only more action :lol:

only japan and saudi arabia are doing worse than us right now... that is funny

haha Switzerland has 7 points. no offense to the Swiss but that's funny. I can't believe they're doing that good. Go Germany, Portugal, and Brazil. Leading the pack, way to go. And the mighty US is only doing better than Trinidad & Tobago, Saudi Arabia, and Japan. That's even funnier than Switzerland. Shameful too but...

Everyone here was for the USA in the town I live in. Nearly 12.000 people!But didn´t help :?

That's more people rooting for USA in your town than in all of USA itself! haha. I was rooting for em but this is one of the saddest performances I've ever seen. I haven't been soccer fan long but this is ridiculous.

I knew that they would lose, I never rooted for them. Instead, I would watch a game, and root for whatever team I wanted to win.
