my favorite is Balmora. Note:if ur answer is other then please state which city it is.

Balmora is the favorite of all new players. As you play through the game, your favorite will change. My favorite cities as I played were : Lvl1-Seyda 2-balmora 3-balmora 4-balmora 5-Vivic 6-balmora 7-suran 8-suran 9-suran 10-dagon fel 11-dagon fel 12-20 Vos 20-30 Maar GAn 30-50 stronghold (depending on which house you are in) 50-100+ no where, I wander aroung killing.

I vote Caldera. I like it bcuz it feels like I am in a true city when I go there. I get the same kind of feeling in Pelagiad and Ebonheart.
