not to sound negative or anything, but 'best new member' will be kinda tough considering there arent exacty any \\"new\\" members (except the german.) the only way i'd vote for german for best anything is if the words 'at being an idiot' were at the end (coulda used stronger word choice, but didnt want to offend anyone.) oh, and cube. where did you hear there are 15 skulls, and was it from reliable source (or did it come straight from bungie?) im gonna tally up all of the known skull later.
